Make Boyka config path configurable

[WasiqB]

• Default config will be checked in src/test/resources folder with name boyka-config.json
• Config path can be modified by using Environment variable BOYKA_CONFIG_PATH, but not the config file name
• Config path can be modified by using System properties boyka.config.path but not the file name
