Way to identify which tariff you are currently on?

Is there a way to identify which tariff you are currently on via the HomeAssistant-OctopusEnergy integration? Or can this be derived from any of the entities available?

With the high prices of Agile recently, I have temporally switched to Octopus Go. You can switch between Agile and Go at any time. It would be useful to consider the current tariff in HA automations for example.
