Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I wish to be able to show a popup relative to the caret in the textbox (text presenter).
To do so I need to know the current location of the caret relative to the textbox. Currently I am using reflection to call GetCursorRectangle, it would be nice if I didn't have to do so.

Describe the solution you'd like

Change GetCursorRectangle in the TextPresenter from internal to public.
