Help needed to set DB and persistence up

Hi there, as per the title i'm trying to setup both DB and persistence to make my Conflict missions persist through server restarts especially when it comes down to saving placed structures and conquered objective progress.
However i'm not managing even though i'm going through the documentation.
Would you be able to provide a noob friendly explaination and support in my endeavours?
