Monitor certain subnets without blocking their traffic

According to the setting, it is possible to either specify allowed clients which are allowed to use Adguard or alternatively specify prohibited clients which are not allowed to use Adguard.

I suggest a third list for "monitored clients". I propose this for tracking DNS-Requests in guest networks. I do not want Adguard to block their network traffic as my rules might be considered as too strict. However, I want to know which devices accessed a certain URL, e.g. if something forbidden such as file sharing sites were visited. The "monitoring client" list should behave as if Adguard is disabled but only for this given subnet. The traffic is logged, however nothing is blocked.
