In today's demo of DINA to the mycology team the Protected A status of DINA was discussed where it was mentioned that invoices and contact addresses could not be included. This will limit the functionality of the transactions module since we were planning and work so that this becomes a catalogue of clients with all the contact information, which we use to generate communications, forms, invoices and reports.

If this cannot exist I will still need to keep my access database alive.

I would love to discuss transactions further to make sure that we are getting the functionality we need and which will serve the collections.

If the level is higher than Protected A then unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. It can not be stored in DINA.

That is not what was discussed in the planning meetings for transactions. Before we agree the module is complete this needs to be revisited.

Is there an STB policy person or advisor who could help us figure out the sensitivity of these documents? If not, I can arrange a meeting with the IT security resource working on DINA and we could ask her some questions to figure this out.

The level of security that DINA can support can not revisited. It hasn't change since the beginning.

So I reviewed the Biomob Statement of Sensitivity (SOS) document today and addresses are OK and are considered Pro A.
